Online Nutrition & Supplement Coaching from a Former Mr UK Champion
Personalised diet plan, calibrated supplement protocol and weekly written check-ins — without the training programme on top. The right entry point if your training is already dialled in and what you actually need is the nutrition piece sorted by someone who has done this for 30 years. From €35 per week.
From €35/week · Apply for Diet & Supplement Coaching
Most lifters who have been at it for a while already know how to train. The plates go on the bar, the sets get done, the form is competent. What they actually struggle with is the same thing they were struggling with two years ago: macros that drift, supplements that may or may not be doing anything, a diet that worked for six months and then quietly stopped.
This service is for that gap. No training programme — your training is already happening. Just a real coach taking over the nutrition and supplement side: personalised diet, supplement strategy, weekly written check-ins, direct email contact between them. From €35 per week.
What is included
- Personalised diet plan calibrated to your maintenance, deficit or surplus
- Macro split and meal timing tuned to your schedule and training days
- Supplement protocol from an industry veteran — what to take, when, and why
- Weekly written check-ins reviewing bodyweight, photos, energy and adherence
- Diet adjusted every week from your check-in data, not on a fixed timer
- Direct email contact with Andy between check-ins for nutrition questions
- Honest assessment of which supplements in your current stack are doing nothing
- No fixed contract length — pause or end any week after the four-week minimum
How the diet & supplement coaching actually works
The application form asks about your training history, current condition, the macros you are running now (if any), the supplements in your stack, and your goal. Andy reads every application personally and replies within 48 hours.
Once you are on board, the first plan lands within a week: a real diet plan with macros, food choices, meal timing relative to your training days, and a supplement protocol explaining what to take, what to drop, and what to add. You execute it. At the end of each week you send a written check-in — bodyweight, photos, energy, sleep, hunger, training performance, adherence. Andy reads it, adjusts the plan, and sends back the next week.
Between check-ins you can email Andy directly. Question about a stall, a curveball weekend, an event coming up that messes with the diet — he reads it and replies himself.
What this includes and what it does not
What it includes: nutrition plan, supplement protocol, weekly written check-ins, direct email contact with Andy, and weekly adjustments to both diet and supplements based on your actual data.
What it does not include: a training programme. If you also want Andy to write your training, that is the Diet, Supplements & Training package at €45 per week. Most people start here on the €35 tier because their training is already going, then upgrade later if they want training programming on top.
Why the supplement side actually matters
The supplement industry sells a lot of things that do not work and a few things that genuinely do. After 30 years inside the industry — including stretches as a brand ambassador and product consultant for several supplement companies — Andy has a calibrated sense of what is worth the money and what is marketing.
That means two things in practice. First, the supplement protocol in your plan will be short — usually a handful of items, not a 14-bottle stack. Second, Andy will look at the supplements you are *currently* taking and tell you honestly which ones to drop. Most new clients save more on cancelled supplements in the first month than the coaching itself costs.
What it costs
The diet & supplement coaching service is **€35 per week**, billed weekly, with a four-week minimum commitment. After the initial four weeks you can pause or end any week with seven days notice. No fixed twelve-month contract, no cancellation fees, no upsell ladder.
If you decide later that you also want training programming, you can upgrade to the full Diet, Supplements & Training package (€45/week) without restarting the four-week minimum. The diet and supplement work transfers over.
What happens if the diet is not working
Sometimes the plan needs more than a weekly adjustment to crack. If you have followed the plan for the four-week minimum and your data shows zero measurable improvement, Andy will either restructure the approach or refund the unused weeks — same performance guarantee as the other coaching tiers. Nobody benefits from a client paying for nutrition coaching that is not delivering.

- · Intermediate to advanced lifters whose training is already sound
- · Anyone whose progress has stalled despite consistent gym work
- · Busy professionals who do not have time to second-guess their own macros
- · Athletes over 40 needing nutrition tuned to slower recovery and metabolism
- · Anyone bewildered by the supplement industry who wants an honest read
Frequently asked questions
- Why would I take only the diet coaching and not training?
- Because for a lot of intermediate-to-advanced lifters the training is not actually the bottleneck — they have been training consistently for years and they know what they are doing in the gym. What they have never had is a real coach reviewing their nutrition every week and tuning supplements based on actual data. The €35 diet-only tier is a leaner version of the full package for exactly that case.
- Will Andy tell me which of my current supplements to drop?
- Yes. Part of the first-week assessment is reviewing your existing supplement stack. If something is doing nothing for you, Andy will say so. Most new clients leave the first month with a shorter, cheaper supplement bill than they walked in with.
- Can I upgrade to the full training package later?
- Any time. Switching to the €45 Diet, Supplements & Training package does not restart your four-week minimum — Andy already has your nutrition data and just adds the training programme to the existing plan. Most clients who do this notice the upgrade pay for itself within four to six weeks via faster progress.
- Is this suitable if I have not lifted weights before?
- Honestly, no. If your training is still a question mark, you need the full package (Diet, Supplements & Training, €45/week) because the diet alone cannot do the job. The diet-only tier is for lifters who already train consistently and want to fix the nutrition piece.
